We offer a 7-day full refund for you to return your gemstone. This period begins on the date you sign for and receive the package from the shipping carrier. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund. Please be advised that you are responsible for the item’s value and proper care while it remains in your possession.
Important Notice: Loose gemstones are not eligible for a refund if they have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, altered in any way, or if their weight has changed. We strongly advise against having your gemstone set by another jeweler until you are certain of your decision to keep it.
A refund will be issued after we receive your return. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you paid by credit card, the charge will be credited back to your card. If you paid by wire transfer, a company check will be issued to the name on the account from which the purchase was made from. Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to your card. For payments made via wire transfer, a company check will be issued to the account holder’s name associated with the original purchase. Payments from PayPal will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
